1. Delivery to Schools
All photographic print orders are delivered directly to your child's school. Orders are packaged and labelled with the child's name and class for easy distribution by the school.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed in batches according to the school's ordering deadline. Once the deadline passes and all orders for that batch are received, production begins. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after the ordering deadline for delivery to the school.
3. Ordering Deadlines
Each school gallery has a specified ordering deadline. Orders placed before the deadline will be included in that batch's production run. Orders placed after the deadline may be subject to delays and may not be guaranteed for inclusion in the current batch.
4. Digital Downloads
Digital image orders are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct. Digital images are typically sent within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email.
5. Delivery Issues
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact Johan Spies Photography directly so we can assist you promptly.
6. Private and Event Shoots
For private and event photography shoots, delivery arrangements will be communicated directly with the client. Digital images are delivered via email, and physical products are arranged based on the specific shoot requirements.
