1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Johan Spies Photography online ordering platform ("the Platform") and the purchase of photographic products through it. By placing an order through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Orders
All orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability. Photo packages and products are described as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to printing processes.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through PayFast. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
4. Photo Selection Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully select the correct photo(s) and product(s) before completing payment. Once an order has been submitted and paid for, changes to photo selection may not be possible.
5. Ordering Deadlines
Each school gallery may have a specified ordering deadline. Orders placed after the deadline may not be guaranteed for inclusion in that batch's production run. Please contact Johan Spies Photography directly if you require a deadline extension.
6. Copyright and Image Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of Johan Spies Photography. Purchasing a print or digital copy grants the customer a personal use licence only. Images may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Johan Spies Photography.
